I think almost everyone in this planet knows what myspace is or have even heard of it. It's one of those social networking websites that flourished the internet a couple of years back. But what amazes me about myspace is how popular it became. It was even featured on the news and on TV. How come people who try it get addicted to it? Some of my guys friends said that it has all the sexy and daring ladies willing to bear themselves. Some said, it's a place to pick up women or men. I for one have an account there and yes, I get weird messages and offers I don't usually get from other websites. I guess men in myspace have this notion that all women that joins myspace are there to bear themselves or are looking for men to have fun with. Do they even bother reading the profiles before sending girls weird and obscene messages? Hopefully guys that join myspace would even bother to read the profiles before sending messages that are quite disgusting. Don't get me wrong, I like myspace. I like twitching my page and putting cool stuff on it. But guys, please remember not all girls in myspace are what you call easy girls. Not all of us join myspace to hook up with someone. Before sending anybody a message, please bother to read their profile, and I mean really read it. You'll know if that someone is interested in what you're offering. Myspace is fun but before joining any of those social networking sites, please bear in mind that we should always be careful who we interact with. There are lots of maniacs and serial killers who use these sites to get their next victim. Nothing's wrong with joining, it even helps you become more creative because you can design your own page. It's why until now I still keep my myspace account. But again, always be careful, not everything is always what they seem.
